General Practice Solicitor

Seamus Maguire & Company Solicitors located in Dublin 15 are recruiting a Solicitor with a minimum of three years post qualification experience in conveyancing to join their team.The candidate must have experience in:Sale, purchase and re-mortgage of residential properties;Acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to residential tenancies;Acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial tenancies;Investigation of title and title issues, e.g. easements, rights of way, adverse possession, etc;Managing their own caseload and working as part of a team;Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and meet deadlines;Familiarity with case management systems; experience with Myclients365 would be an advantage.Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
