May be dedicated to deliver a single project of significant size or a portfolio of smaller projects. Responsible for all aspects of the day to day management of projects including stakeholder engagement, contractor management, site safety, budget management. Reports to Engineering Manager - Project Delivery - North Africa.**Key Accountabilities**:**Principal Responsibilities**- On ground execution for all electrical activities to support Engineering manager in Project execution at the assigned projects across the country,- On Time In Full (OTIF) end to end delivery of assigned capital projects adhering to Unilever standards and ensuring safety as our number 1 priority- Understand the project scope and prepare cost estimates as per guidelines- Managing Capex proposals and approval cycles to meet the KPIs related to project cost and savings.- Develop layouts, options considering constrains of the factory and evaluate each of the option.- Refer Core Designs developed by Global Engineering, using standardised modules and equipment.- Prepare execution Network with the help of Factory Team- Carry out execution of the proposal by keeping track on procurement, Capex Vs Budgets Ensure safe execution keeping Unilever Safety Standards and meeting quality of execution.- Complete the project - through the EEM 7 steps and/or standard project management process- Development and maintenance of good stakeholder relationships- Engage with Category Marketing, Planning, Engineering teams for feasibility studies of Innovation and Saving projects.**Outputs / performance Metrics**- OTIF delivery of Project / Project Portfolio- Delivery of UE Performance Metrics for Projects:- Safety- Budget- Schedule- Customer / Stakeholder Feedback**Key SOL's**:Business AcumenPassion for GrowthHolding People AccountableTeam CommitmentTeam leadershipPersonal Mastery**Professional Skills**:- Professional Electrical Engineering Skills ( Educated to degree standard in an engineering discipline)- Engineering Design Process Management (Working Knowledge)- Project Delivery (All sub skills - Fully Operational)- Maintenance Principles and Best practice (Working Knowledge)- WCM EEM (Fully Operational)- Contract Management & Conflict Resolution (Fully Operational)- Budget Management (Fully Operational)**Experience Required**:Essential- Good Project Management experience. 5+ Years experience of Project delivery in FMCG / related Industry or gained in an engineering consultancy environment- 2+ years operating in a management capacity- SCADA, PLCs, Instrumentation working knowledge.- PMP is a plusDesired- Attained Professional Engineer Status- First hand experience / track record of delivering major (€Multi Million) capital projects within Unilever or similar FMCG environment**Travel**:Travel may be required depending on project portfolio**Contacts**:**Internal**:- Cluster Engineering team /Supply Chain Managers / Factory managers- R&D Team- Planning team- SHE team**External**:- Engineering Contractors, Consultants and Subject Matter Experts- Local regulatory / planning officials**Reporting Channel**:Engineering Manager - North Africa
