I & C Maintenance Manager, Siemens Energy Burullus

**LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!****Your Profile**- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic & Control Engineering from a reputable college or university- Minimum 10 years work and management experience in CCPP Operation and Maintenance- Experience with Siemens T3000 Distributed Control Systems (DCS).- Plant Maintenance Management System experience (predictive, preventive, corrective)- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.- Excellent command of English. Arabic is an advantage.- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.- Proficient in MS Office suiteNo restriction for travelling**Your Responsibilities**- Leading the I&C maintenance department.- Providing high standard I&C service and maintenance to the client according to O&M agreement.- Long term strategic planning of I&C maintenance activities.- Utilize plant management system for plant related tasks (e.g. reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material)- Timely response on any I&C plant problems.- Prepare and release I&C maintenance procedures for the power plant equipment.- Onsite service and fault finding and administration of DCS systems to ensure required performance and availability.- Ensure own and others' Health & Safety by strictly complying with plant safety regulations and processes / procedures.- Ensure high quality and sustainable work results using efficient state of the art methods (e.g workmanship, report quality, tools, material, cleanliness)- Ensuring success in terms of economic results and customer satisfaction.**LET'S TALK ABOUT US!**Let's make tomorrow different today" is our genuine commitment at Siemens Energy to all customers and employees on the way to a sustainable future.
