We believe that if we have talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation, there is no limit to what we can achieve.****Digital Engagement Manager - LINEA****The Digital Engagement Manager oversees the local execution of Digital and MCE Strategies, processes and platforms. This role executes digital tactics by coordinating between internal and external stakeholders. **S**ubject matter expert on digital channels and content development, performance and measurement**. A**cting as the primary contact person (liaison) in **the LINEA region** for Regional Operating Unit (ROPU) on all Digital & Multi-channel related topics (i.e. processes (ICP), platforms (FuE, Virtual Engagements, Websites, etc.), Adobe Marketing Cloud, training, **communication,** change management, etc.)****The Digital Engagement Manager holds primary accountability for the successful implementation and follow-through of all MCE programs & initiatives in LINEA. The Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for aligning with Country Human Pharma (HP) leadership, **I**META Digital & MCE Team lead on Country's HCP customer engagement priorities based on BI's GTM Global and Regional frameworks.****The scope of responsibility applies to working with relevant stakeholders in the **LINEA ( Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Libya )** such as Business Unit, Marketing, Medical, Sales, Business Support & Training.****This role requires**:- **Working closely with **I**META D&MCE Team to align on the Strategy and Country implementation approach for execution, measuring and reporting (including content strategy)**- **Working closely with **I**META Training Manager and Local Training Manager to plan and facilitate the training of various training modules (Face-to-Face, Virtual or blended) and execute a local version of the regional change management program in the Country.**:- **Working with **LINEA **Medical Managers to ensure OPU Medical team is aligned with the overarching strategy and using the designated Medical related platforms to execute and measure campaigns.**- **Acting upon a deep understanding of customer needs and engagement preferences, the Digital Engagement Manager shall contribute significantly to Boehringer Ingelheim's (BI) ambition to attain a superior level of Customer Centricity in the OPU/Country.****Requirements**:- **Minimum Bachelor's degree**:- **Strong digital skill-set acumen**:- **At least 3 years working experience in digital marketing and transformation experience required - digital platforms, content, training, change management**:- **Hands-on experience in digital marketing and execution (e.g. running end-to-end digital campaigns)**:- **Experience with content tagging and measurement strategies**:- **Prior experience in digital/multimedia agency for content creation in highly regulated markets such as Pharma or banking is preferable.**:- **English command at a fluent level in writing/speaking.**:- **Expert knowledge of eMail strategies is key**:- **Experience in planning and executing digital campaigns**:- **Change Management skills and mindset****Competencies**:- **Proven ability to think strategically and act operationally**:- **Being able to work independently with mínimal guidance; determine own priorities aligned to OPU objectives and monitor resources**:- **Strong communication and relationship building skills**:- **Being able to communicate and convince senior management**:- **Experience in the training of Digital and multi-channel marketing initiatives**:- **le**a**d project teams across functions**:- **Experience in project and process management**:- **Advanced organizational skills across multiple and simultaneous initiatives**:- **Proven experience working with digital agencies****WHY BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM?****With us, you can grow, collaborate, innovate and improve lives.****We offer challenging work in a respectful and friendly global working environment surrounded by a world of innovation driven mindsets and practices.
