Technical Office Mechanical Engineer

Responsible for the Preparation of the required drawings, calculations, technical support to the projects and development of the required material submittals for ARIA technologies.- Responsible for the project management process together with inventory requirements and production delivery timely.- Responsible for Coordination between Mechanical Discipline & Automation Discipline.- Developing & reviewing the basic design package of all products and projects.- Reviewing drawings and preparing technical offers & putting estimating costs of by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation to ensure lowest prices.- Makes sure that all project documents are in place.- Acts as the SPOC on all projects/ products.- Develops and designs conceptual solutions for clients with Sales team.- Leads visit teams and collects enough data to optimize the solutions.- Follow up project schedule.- Perform all duties in a safe manner and in accordance with established work standards.- Ensure project engineering specifications are implemented as per plans.- Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and other visual aids.- Review development plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and best engineering practices.- Ensure that all engineering related, and safety procedures are adhered to throughout the project duration.- Communicate equipment performance specifications to suppliers/clients including quality, performance, manufacturing, capacity, system fit and life cycle costs.- Comply and adhere to ARIA policies, procedures and standards of business ethics and conduct.- Team player and committed to work in a quality environment.- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned and appropriate for the skill set.- Anticipate and identify client needs and translate them into design specifications.- Direct and coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.- Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.- Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of mechanical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.- Investigate technical problems and take corrective actions to avoid recurrences.- Provide feedback to other section design engineers on client problems and needs.- Follow up on production works carried out in Workshop and Automation Lab.- Lead the production team ensuring, minimum level stock is set and adhered.- Ensure that the products are delivered timely in accordance with company strategy and requirements- Perform other tasks as required.**Personal Skills**:- Lead and manage team- Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to others- Experience leading improvement efforts with cross-functional teams- Ability to prioritize and accomplish work on multiple projects- Team player- Excellent presentation skills- Knowledge of the manufacturing sector**Technical Skills**:Maintains professional & technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional design processes.Improves design experience by maintaining state of the art technologies, methodologies.**Job Details**:- Job Location- Cairo, Egypt- Company Industry- Industrial Automation- Company Type- Employer (Private Sector)- Job Role- Engineering- Employment Status- Full time- Job Division- ARIA- Operations- Planning & Technical Office- Career Level- Mid Career- Years of Experience- Min: 5 Max: 8- Residence Location- Egypt- Nationality- Egypt- Degree- Bachelor's degree
