Associate Partner - Digital and Analytics

**Who You'll Work With**:- You will be based in our Cairo office and you will work closely with senior leaders across our global McKinsey Digital group, and with clients on topics related to digital, technology and advanced analytics.- Our McKinsey Digital teams are small, flexible and build highly scalable and secure cloud technology solutions. We help clients construct these solutions by providing strategic direction, design, architecture, and implementation plans.**What You'll Do**:- You will consult existing client service teams as well as executives at client organizations on digital transformation matters and provide leadership and direction.- Within the firm, you'll play the role of an entrepreneur who opens new opportunities for client impact. You'll be a mentor and an advisor to developing consultants, and as a member of McKinsey's global network, you will be responsible for integrating insights from internal and external specialists as well as developing world-class knowledge.- You will also be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing business problems in a way that the team can then execute to drive impact and client value. Specifically, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building.- You will lead engagements on day-to-day problem solving, team management, and client management, bringing in deep functional knowledge, expertise, and proprietary tools to every client situation. You will manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work. Lastly, you will inspire, lead and develop new consulting staff.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field- 15+ years of work experience in the digital or analytics space, with a distinctive record of professional achievement and impact- Associate principal/partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firm- Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth of knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations- Experience in building client relationships and using a collaborative approach; outstanding listening skills and the ability to manage scope and quality of work- Exceptional intellectual and analytical skills, a creative visionary who can manage innovation- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
