Today, more than a million customers and a billion users in over 180 countries use DocuSign to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives.**What You'll Do**:This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to Professional Services Manager, EMEA.**Responsibility****Initially develop expertise to be able to**:- Provide step-and-repeat technical advice on DocuSign's SSO capability- Advice on eSignature technical features for a high volume of call-off bundles (of 10/20/30 hours)- Build and configure DocuSign eSignature templates- Conduct light-touch project administration activities on FinancialForce**After 3 months, develop expertise to be able to**:- Deliver single use case 'Launch Projects' that leverage our standalone eSignature functionality, our SFDC Connector or our eSig API integration- Advise on complex/advanced SSO requirements- Deliver basic QA testing (cases and scripts) on an ad hoc basis**Having mastered 2 above, further develop expertise to be able to**:- Build and configure DocuSign CLM templates- More sophisticated QA testing (cases and scripts) for complex CLM projects- Play a role in larger programme delivery teams that are regionally dispersed**Job Designation**:**Remote**:Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequentlyand works from a designated remote work location for the majority of thetime.**What You Bring**:**Basic**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience- Fluency in written and spoken English- Experience of working independently and self-motivated- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills**Preferred**- Experience in identity and access management or a related field- Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices- Knowledge of IAM software, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, OKTA, Ping, OneLogin, Shibboleth, etc.- Experience developing technical solutions with Internet technologies including XML (WSDL), REST, SOAP, Publisher/Listener architecture, and software technologies including.NET, Java, PHP, Ruby,Http, MySQL etc.- Proven track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing expectations and priorities- Experience in delivering project documentation (e.g. Requirements Specifications, Solution Designs, technical flow charts)- Experience using Professional Services Automation solutions such as Financial Force is beneficial.**Life At DocuSign**:**Working here**DocuSign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
