Janssen NEMA is recruiting for a **Business Excellence Lead NEMA** to be located in Cairo, Egypt.**Summary of the job**:This role is responsible for delivering analytics support to the business partners and to provide robust value-added analysis for sound decision making. This role will be supporting business partners on commercial acumen in relation to business performance and commitment.- Responsible for developing and delivering dashboards that highlight business performance based on defined KPIs to senior leadership across NEMA- Representing NEMA in strategic analytics projects and driving their execution and delivery- Responsible for developing and delivering insightful solutions that support senior leadership in taking strategic business decisions- Empower to learn and be part of Advanced Analytics board to bring latest tech to NEMA- Responsible for developing and optimizing NEMA incentive Scheme**Key Responsibilities**:**Business Data Analysis**- Enhance NEMA Analytics and adapt solutions to the specificities of various countries- Develop NEMA Countries dashboards to track and monitor our brands performance including IMS and Patients tracking- Gather, collect, and connect in one central platform all our internal data per country and per account (NTS, IMS, Patient, Price, Inventory)- Support the commercial team with forecast modelling and sophisticated statistical analyses across complex data sets to craft incentive scheme design with a well define territory allocation per key account specialist/key account associate- Monitor and measure NEMA sales plan effectiveness through statistical analysis using data sources and systems- Develop dashboard to track & enhance sales force engagement using predictive analytics, forecast modelling, and advanced statistical analysis.- Build and validate strategies designed to drive sales behaviour key to achieving strategic business objectives and financial commitments- Partner closely with NEMA BUM/CM, EM/EMEA Analysts, and COE team at all levels across multiple internal teams on forecasting, IMS, NTS, iQVIA data & other EM reports- Partner with our Distributor Database Management (DDM) to ensure the accuracy and the availability of the IMS sales data for all countries then ensure a proper IMS targeting- Leverage IT tools, automated learning, and machine learning technologies to increase our performance and compensation forecasting- Partner closely with J&J systems teams, IT, and external business partners to drive efficiencies across multiple data systems- Maintain procedures in partnership with Commercial team members to shape the analytics- Additional Potential Role Responsibilities will be assigned as determined by leadership and driven by plan evolution/tied to business strategy**Reporting, Control, Optimisation and Recommendation**- Provide insight and commentary around Countries/Business Units/CVT/TA results- Build & shape different dashboard to control the business performance & provide more insights to Countries, CVTs and NEMA leadership team- Ensure accuracy of products performance and prepare monthly review presentations for NLT- Ensure a SMART and comprehensive sales incentive plan design for KAS, KAA and SM**Work with other functions**- Work with all levels of management to ensure key analytics functionalities are understood and that the Foundation's business strategy is in line with the overall organizational priorities- Work closely with EM Analytics and technical teams to ensure measurement, tracking plans and analysis are strategically aligned and are fully functioning across all channels- Responsible for the alignment of marketing & sales to facilitate & maintain relationships with high value customers, provide feedback to the management, collect and compile data to enable marketing & sales to make quick, informed decisions, measure effectiveness and deliver personalized customer care- Responsible for initiating integrated approach with brand teams to upgrade and validate business performance**Direct report**Management of a Business Performance and Process Manager**Qualifications**:**Education**:Bachelor's degree or higher. Preferably in Business Administration or Pharmacy**Experience**:10 years' experience, with minimum 4 years in Data analytics or Pharmaceutical**Knowledge/Skills**:- Strong analytical skills- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and documentation skills- Advanced level skillset of Microsoft Office Suite- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks- Leadership skills**Core Competencies**:- Experienced in commercial and sales management- Ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders within the organization- Extensive practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs and flow charts- Demonstrated project management skills- Proven ability to manage change and business in
