The **Associate Inside Service Sales Representative **, being an integral part of Juniper EMEA Services Sales team, is responsible for growing customer accounts within assigned vertical, region or geographical area. The position involves a combination of sales responsibilities, quote preparation and data administration. Associate Inside Service Sales Representative uses professional concepts and exercises judgment to develop renewal sales strategies for all expiring service/subscription contracts and assists with new business as requested by Service Business Manager (SBM) they support. The position will carry an overlay quota for the SBM/Field sales team the individual is assigned to.**Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries, addressing customer concerns and objections while facilitating successful renewal negotiations.- Responsible to make direct contacts with Customers, Partners, Distributors, and field sales teams to discuss and negotiate terms, pricing, and service options, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring timely renewal bookings.- Partner with Service Business Manager (SBM) and field sales in driving attainment of assigned team quota and in defining and executing account service strategy.- Be accountable for Renewal rate within the defined accounts/regions.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, agreements, and renewals in CRM systems to monitor progress and reflect accurate forecasting.- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of tools, systems, processes, and policies to develop and deliver proactive/reactive renewal quotes for all expiring contracts (service and subscription) in a timely manner.- Interact with various related teams to ensure positive customer experience, resolve issues, database/entitlement management, address customer inquiries, and manage escalations related to service and subscription renewals.- Keep up to date on new services offerings identifying upselling opportunities while effectively positioning services value.**Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 3+ years of service sales or customer service business experience for a network or technology company.- Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Strong relationship building across organizational levels. Collaborative team player.- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple projects.- Demonstrated financial, operational, analytical, and decision-making skills.- Strong data entry and Excel skills.- Result driven, self-motivated, self-starter.
