Head of Project Controlling and Reporting

Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 36 300 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.- Playing the Finance business partner role for Management, operation, tendering, legal, contract management and execution team.- Conducting and assure the projects reviews schedules according to the regional requirements (monthly project reviews and critical project reviews) and analyze the financial performance of the projects and prepare the required presentations / reports.- Preparation of yearly country budget, 3 years plan and all rolling forecast for (Sales, GM, Cash flow ,direct hourly rates, over/under recovery and country OVHDs ) and all subsequent reviews as per group reporting calendar.- Preparation of monthly management reports for Sales, Cash-in, risk and opportunities, P&L and country's KPIs- Actively manages risks and opportunities to ensure achievement of business plans. Provides responsible managers with feedback on financial performance, and actively engages with the management team to develop and track action plans- Conduct cost variance analysis Actual to last forecast and baseline and report the reason of variance and prepare the Rolling and Cash forecast on monthly basis with projects management team.- Support the internal and external audits requirements and manage all tax exposures for country projects.- An agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.
