**Company Description** Homzmart** is an end to end community that connects home professionals with homeowners who can browse home designs, furniture, accessories and products and also can find reviews, referring professionals, take advice from professionals and read articles about home improvement.As a Commercial Planning Specialist, you will play a crucial role indeveloping and implementing strategic plans to drive commercial success on ourplatform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productassortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, ensuring alignment withbusiness objectives and customer needs.**Responsibilities**:1. Assortment Planning: Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop andmaintain a well-balanced and attractive product assortment that meets customerdemand and market trends.2. Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviorto develop and implement effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue andprofitability.3. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, includingdiscounts, bundles, and exclusive offers, to drive sales and enhance customerloyalty.4. Demand Forecasting: Utilize data and analytics to forecast demand for keyproducts and categories, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.5. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, andcompetitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Productteams to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.7. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of commercialinitiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.**Qualifications**- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role focused on commercial planningwithin the eCommerce or retail industry.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpretdata, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.- E-commerce Knowledge: In-depth understanding of eCommerce trends, customerbehavior, and the competitive landscape.- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,ensuring timely and successful execution.- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changingmarket conditions and business priorities.
