As a Junior Business Development professional with B2B sales expertise and cold-calling experience, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success.**Responsibilities**:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and cold calling- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide exceptional customer service- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your cold-calling efforts and identify areas for improvement.- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.- Utilize your B2B sales experience to negotiate and close deals that align with company objectives- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business prospects**Requirements**:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B telesales or related field- Previous Cold-calling experience- Fluency in English (written and spoken).- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in B2B sales, we want to hear from you.
