1st Line Support Engineer (Soc)

Responsible for the coordination, support, management and execution of 1st Level proactive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. Monitor Faults through Management Systems, deliver full figure of the network alarms Via trouble tickets and support all functions 24/7 for fast resolution.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electric/Telecom Engineering, Information Technology or related fields or relevant equivalent experience. Basic Understanding of 2G-3G telecom networks, network elements and telecom services. Fluent English, Working under pressure, Quick, Active & high Paced. 0-1 Years of experience.Tatweer Masr is a shareholding real estate development company, Which offers Business Complexes in very high traffic business hubs in Cairo.
