Medical Project Management Supervisor

They plan and designate resources, monitor progress and keep all stakeholders informed throughout the project development and implementation.**Duties and Responsibilities****Planning**:- Plan and oversee projects relating to the strategy and innovation of the medical department- Determine and define project scope and objects- Monitor Progress and make adjustments as needed- Report and escalate to management as needed- Provide project updates on consistent basis to relevant stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress- Assist CMO & medical team in making decisions on important issues and work closely with them on new projects at AOHFunctional:- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Act as point of communication between all departments- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues- Develop a detailed project tracker to track progress of medical projects- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned- Organize the medical team meetings and committees by coordinating with all stakeholders, setting the agenda and taking minutes of meetings- Support the Business Line Owners in their BUA**Job Requirements****Education**:- A bachelor's degree in medical field or related**Experience**:- 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare**Skills**:- Project Management- Ability to work in a team- Communication- Conflict resolution- Leadership skills
