Unilever's Uniops Transformation agenda incorporates the design and implementation of its Integrated Operations (iOps) capabilities enabled by technology delivery across global Unilever businesses. iOPs will transform the efficiency and effectiveness with which significant elements of its Customer Development, Supply Chain and Finance operations are delivered. iOPS Technology function within iOPS Programme is ramping up resources to engage between Markets (MCOs) and iOPS Global Technology Platforms. These roles sit with in Market Activation Squads to work with MCOs/ Geo IT to own and ensure that iOPS technological solutions designed are inline and compliant with the overall iOPS Solution Blueprint and delivers the requirements of the specific market.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of and shape the future of this critical Programme.Main purpose of job:The main purpose of this role is to construct end to end project plan for IOPS technologies, track, monitor and progress, raise and mitigate risk appropriately and ensure committed solutions are landed within time and infull scope. This is a regional role to support Geo IT and Market Project team in bringing an E2E ownership and perspective to iOPS suite of technologies. The role will operate within the principles set by the Global iOPS Template and using those provide a more focussed and local approach to the markets in the region.Key accountabilities:- Bring a top-down single view of the plan in progress for the assigned markets- Build an integrated cross platform view of the plan covering solution builds and integrations.- Resolve cross platforms integration and data flow complexities ensuring a cohesive and seamless business process delivered by a suite of technologies.- Own and resolve complexities and identify solutions where customisations to a system (such as TPM/ FEU etc) may have a downstream impact on related technologies (such as Claims/ Cash Collections etc)- Work alongside E2E Tech Lead to co-produce a HL deployment plan for MCOs engaged and support in delivering technology components based on that planExperience and qualifications required:Minimum 10 years of professional experience in delivering complex integrated solutions.Technical Skills- Strong project management skills- Excellent understanding of the interactions between people, processes and technology- Past experience of designing systems or components, ideally on large projects (£5M)- Good overall knowledge of a broad range of technology and technology trends- Experience of complex and significant SAP (or IBM, Microsoft) n-tier implementations- Familiarity with working with 3rd party or offshore suppliers to ensure the delivery of high quality designs and codeGeneral Skills- Ability to work remotely and with wide range of stakeholders from business to IT- Ability to communicate complex problems in a simple manner and be able to communicate in business language.- Experience in being managed in a matrix environment- Ability to work with imperfect information whilst still maintaining high standard, evidenced designs and documentation- Experience working with multiple solutions service providers- Ability to work to tight deadlines- Team player with the ability and tolerance to work with others.- Ability to cope with uncertainty and drive through change- Strong analytical and numerical skillsKey interfaces- Market Business Leads (iOPS Programme Leads)- Geo IT- Platform Leads and representatives- Design Authority- 3rd Parties- Other Market Activation Roles such as Integrated Planning Manager, Test Manager and Data Lead
