Join us at the forefront of digital retail in Egypt and help shape the future of our industry, one breakthrough at a time.**Responsibilities**- Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with business goals and user needs- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and enhancements based on user research, market trends, and competitive analysis- Champion the user experience, ensuring products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and value- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization- Represent the user's voice and advocate for their needs throughout the product development process- Define and track key success metrics of your products to measure and improve performance- Drive go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature, coordinating with releveant teams to ensure successful adoption and market growth- Lead by example and actively promote a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile company culture, inspiring others to embrace our values**Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products- Strong background in the fintech or banking industry, with a deep understanding of Financial Services products- Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments- Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting- Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box- A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders- High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Highly motivated, self-driven, proactive, excited to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse work environment**Benefits**Office environment: When you come to our b_labs office, you'll find creative workspaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and an open design to foster collaboration between teams.Education budget: We believe the learning journey never ends, therefore you will be entitled to an annual education budget to take part in trainings, courses or onsite conferences of your choice.Flexibility: You know best whether you want to work from home or in the office.
