Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you're having in the work you do - every small thing counts.**Job Scope**- Responsible for leading and implementing all digital media, retail media & digital commerce, recommends digital agenda to BU, drives digital transformation and maintains senior sponsorship, supporting and managing U-Studio resources and projects.**Roles & Responsibilities**- Works on briefs with BU and CD, and is the single point of accountability for end-to-end execution of digital and dcom strategies and plans, delivery against KPIs, pressure-testing and reviewing decisions made by hub members (e.g., data strategy, content manager, media planning)- Interface between the Hub and the BU brand teams, drives Hub and dcom coordination.- Responsible for ensuring the business needs of the brands are communicated to cross-functional Hub team- Pull together the skills of this mixed team, irrespective of seniority, to first educate, and then fully enable BU teams as they transform into Data-driven Marketers and accelerate dcom performance.- Facilitate with senior stakeholders the creation of always-on data-driven marketing. Working with the multi-functional team to deliver:- Data strategies, rolling up to a single Unilever strategy for that market. (Markets will have clear 1st party data acquisition targets, with a view to driving better use of 2nd and 3rd party data for mass personalisation of their activities.)- Audience segmentation- Asset briefs to ad agencies / Content Hub- Media delivery via Media team and its ULTRA programmatic platform.- Performance campaigns, especially in collaboration with eCommerce and Media teams.- Campaign metrics and measurement via PDC.- Lead the creation and distribution of regular Unilever Data-Driven Marketing Learning - gathered from all Digital Hubs and shared across the marketing community.- Manages the Hub, ensuring it is populated and if full working order, including data streams on-screen from PDC, Media and other partners.- Own the BU dCom Strategy Inc. overseeing/coordinate transformational enablers inc. SC, R&D & new bus. models- Own D4C Strategy in action interventions coordinating SMEs & functions to raise the floor on all dCom capabilities- Own Portfolio Mgt. across dCom modalities & key customers, developing Strategy and lead identification/execution of core assortment (i.e., core expansion, profitable bundles, gifting, etc) and future facing D4E design for dCom.- Performance Marketing elevate holistic and iterative performance marketing planning, execution and optimization across Pureplay and Omni retail media.- Ensure provision of content that drives conversion to build an unparalleled online shopping experience via best-in-class.- Delivers local content to brands after working closely with them for strategic input during development process- Decides creative testing priorities, inputs on development of modular creative, ensures compliance to guidelines, and conducts creative auditing.- Management of Data Driven Marketing assets and optimization process: local Digital Hub and U-Studio teams to ensure best practices are adhered to, resulting in high quality and timely creation and optimisation of assets via local U-Studio resource- Cascading and reporting latest campaign learnings and case studies across Digital Hub Content Manager and U-Studio networks.- Ensuring U-Studio resources are in place as needed- Day to day management of content creation and optimization projects, through use of on-site U-Studio- Step up, support development and delivery of better Digital & Social Advertising- Supporting and managing U-Studio resources and projects- Be the leadership bridge between Digital Hub experts and U-Studio resources allocated to DDM projects**Key Competencies & Skills**- Vision - Unilever is looking for a leader who has a vision for how Unilever can be sector-leading in needs content and advertising, and has experience in and fully understands Data Driven Marketing, Needs Content, and Digital & Social Advertising - platforms, media, technology etc.- Influence - A leader who is focused on the creation and optimization of content across consumer journey-driven strategy and is comfortable working with the Digital Hub team to optimize content through insights from data and analytics.- People Management- A leader who can oversee and manage Digital Hub & U-Studio resources to
