1. Act as a member of the solution engagement team and support head of Solutions Engagement team in meeting team KPI and handle solution project with professional service quality.
2. Manage and support subordinates in dealing with their respective customer projects and oversee implementations for on time delivery.
3. Coordinate with various internal teams or external SI partners in delivering technical project management services and integrated mobile data solutions to customer's ICT project including project planning, task scheduling, control and monitoring of project execution and risk management.
4. Organize and attend meetings to report progress and resolve any project related issues.
5. Prepare project correspondence such as written communication, meeting agenda and minutes.
6. Ensure the project milestones / deliverables and user acceptance test to be completed on time and meet with the required quality standard.
7. Owner of technical account management for selected enterprise customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to maintain good customer relationship identify potential solution opportunities.
8. Provide technical leadership in supporting consultants and team members in dealing with specific project requirements.

1. Degree holder of Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT industry, or Higher Diploma / Certificate holder of Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
2. Proven track records in delivering the ICT projects, preferably with mobile solution and application development nature.
3. Familiar with software development life cycle and mobile application development is preferred.
4. Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development teams is a definite advantage.
5. Holder of professional certifications such as PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner is a must.
6. Ability to understand the big picture view of the scope of assigned projects.
7. Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive different contributors and stakeholders, with ability to reach consensus with all stakeholders when necessary.
8. Ability to work under pressure in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Good command of English and Chinese.
10. Team player with good interpersonal skills.
