Front Counter Service Advisor - North of River Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient Front Counter Service Advisor to join our busy tyre & auto store on Wanneroo Road. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have a knack for problem-solving, and are ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Provide advice and recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a positive attitude.
• Process customer orders, sales transactions, and payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organised front counter and reception area.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of tyres, automotive services, and products is an advantage (training can be provided).
• Ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duration & Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Saturdays 8am to 12pm Initially the position would be on a contract basis, to cover leave however this is a strong possibility of a permanent full time contract to the right applicant.
