General Manager: Fast-casual Restaurant We are a growing fast-casual concept founded in Southern California and are expanding nationwide. We need a local fast-casual restaurant GM. Benefits:

Growing with opportunities to advance.
Achievable bonus in the $5-10K range per year, paid quarterly. The bonus is paid company-wide, regardless of how an individual store does, and is based on sales, COGS, and labor.
Shared cost of health, dental, and vision packages at various levels.
Three weeks paid vacation.
Stock options.

As a fast-casual restaurant General Manager, your background and abilities include the following:

Complete responsibility for the restaurant, including quality, cost controls, staffing, and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to run it like you own it.
Ability to develop a strong team.
The ideal candidate is a GM from a well-operated, scratch kitchen fast-casual brand. A strong AGM will also be considered.
Embrace a healthy lifestyle, thrive with systems and structure, adhere to standards, have excellent interpersonal skills with guests and team members, develop and lead your team, and have good BOH knowledge and capabilities. Be hands-on in all areas, ServSafe Certified, and a driven, upbeat, energetic, and enthusiastic leader.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Eight weeks of training.
