Position: Factory Supervisor/Manager
Location: Corporate Manufacturing Office Reporting to: Project Controller & Deputy CEO Manufacturing Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Engineering Experience Required: Must have experience in Aluminium or Joinery Factory.Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, performance, and maintenance of the manufacturing production to ensure smooth and efficient production and delivery solutions, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets.
- Ensure that the team understands that the organization's profits are reflected in all manufacturing production and activities, including relationships and risk management.
- Adhere to budgets and plan to maximize profitability.
- Meet targets for yourself and the team, as well as for the organization as a whole.
- Ensure the smooth running of the team and organization.
- Contribute to the training and development of the team.
- Assist the line manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organizational plans.
- Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities, and obligations (e.g., Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification).
