Health & Safety Manager (Parental Leave)

What you bring

  1. At least 2 years of work experience in EHS management, with experience in the lift industry or equivalent.
  2. Occupational Health & Safety.
  3. Behavioural Safety.
  4. Project management and planning.
  5. Incident investigation.
  6. Risk management and mitigation.
  7. Auditing.
  8. Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand (citizen or permanent resident).
  9. NZ Driver's license.

Skills

  1. Safety Leadership.
  2. Customer orientation / Understanding different cultures.
  3. Ability to train and present information / Team building.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Organization and attention to detail.
  6. Accident investigation / Root cause analysis.
  7. Analytical and conceptual thinking.
  8. Ability to impact, influence, motivate, and coach others.
  9. Well spoken & literate in English.
