Job Title: HR Manager (Volume & Lateral hiring) Education: Graduate/MBA HR preferred Experience: 3+ years experience managing bulk blue-collar and white-collar recruitments; exposure to large companies preferred Location: Seepz, Andheri E, Mumbai (Work from office) Working Days: Mon-Sat/ 17 Saturdays off annually About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic HR Manager for our B2B diamond jewellery manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end human resource functions, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and offboarding processes. This role involves managing bulk hiring (approximately 60 hires per month) alongwith lateral & leadership positions and coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management:
- Partner with department heads to manage recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process in alignment with company goals.
- Onboarding and Documentation:
- Oversee employee onboarding, including induction sessions and maintaining comprehensive personal records.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
- Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Implement and manage a 30-60-90 day feedback process for new hires.
- Supervise the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including exit formalities.
- Vendor Coordination and Referral Programs:
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize recruitment processes.
- Design and execute employee referral programs to attract quality talent.
- Records and Tracking:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR activities.
- Develop and monitor trackers for recruitment, onboarding, and other HR metrics.
- Campus Hiring Programs:
- Plan and execute campus hiring initiatives to build a talent pipeline.
- Establish relationships with academic institutions to recruit promising candidates.
- Proven experience in managing HR functions within the jewelry or related industry preferred.
- Expertise in handling both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring (approximately 60 positions monthly).
- Prior experience working in large organizations with complex HR structures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
