Aquis Search has partnered with an exciting SaaS startup in their search for a 'Head of People' in Noida. We are seeking an experienced Head of People to lead our client's People function with a strong focus on People Success and Talent Acquisition . This role is ideal for a senior HR leader with a proven track record of scaling startups from 1 to 10 or 10 to 100. Key Responsibilities: People Success: (Major Focus)

• Define and implement HR policies, rewards & recognition programs, and performance review frameworks.
• Lead talent management initiatives, including learning & development and employee experience strategies.
• Drive compensation & benefits benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures.
• Build a high-performance work culture and foster employee engagement.

• Oversee hiring strategy to attract top talent.
• Ensure talent acquisition aligns with business growth and workforce planning.

• Must have been part of the scaling journey of a B2C startup
• 10-15 years of HR partnering experience
• Strong expertise in People Success , with hands-on experience in HR strategy, culture-building, and talent management.
• B2C startup experience is a must.
