Technical Project Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for strong Software Project Coordinator who can identify, plan, track, manage and report status of the project deliverables, and ensure the development process is defined and adhere to. You should be an experienced project manager, managed agile teams, have hands-on experience managing cloud and mobile application projects, have experience in reporting and project dashboard creation, and status update to executives, and should have excellent communication skills. What is expected:

1. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the success of the delivery team. Project Managers in this organization help with the design, building, and development of the Agile teams.
2. As a Project Manager, you have to ensure that you are running scrum meetings, updating management of proper status, including velocity and any improvements the team can make. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for ensuring project updates are handled timely and risks appropriately highlighted and mitigated.
3. You will be asked to help with the support of the service by ensuring that the team has the right training, education and proper tools to help solve issues.
4. To maintain competitive advantage, project managers must be able to work quickly and produce high-quality status and ensure that they are bridging any gaps between various dependencies as well as bringing the proper awareness to any blockers to upper management.
5. Working across stakeholders is key, being able to speak on some technical pieces of the project is also key.

1. You'll have the opportunity to work with multiple internal teams which requires Technical and Professional expertise.
2. (0-2) years of software industry experience with a track record of experience in project management.
3. Experience in running scrums as a scrum master and implementing agile practices in project/program management.
4. Experience in tools such as Jira, GitHub, and any similar tools, as well as Continuous Integration and Continuous Development.
5. Excellent knowledge of product life cycle, tools, processes and operations planning.
6. Experience project managing compliance program implementation with specialization in the infrastructure domain.
7. Ability to create and maintain a master project plan in collaboration with all stakeholders, drive periodic meetings to meet the project plan and present the report to senior leadership
8. Ability to identify risks in the early stage, bring it to senior leadership attention and proactively work with internal or dependent teams to resolve the issues.
9. Ability to front-end the team/program compliance status to senior management and various compliance assessment teams across worldwide.
10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
