The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong background in property litigation and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, construction disagreements, insolvency issues, debt recovery, and contested wills.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and relationship-building.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on departmental initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies regarding time recording, accounts, and administrative protocols.
