As we're expanding, we're updating our pool of Consultants ( all levels ) to be ready for the upcoming projects in any of the following areas:

Human Capital : To design and develop an integrated process and tools to run efficient and qualified deliverables to enhance the client's long-life relationships, work under the senior consultant's supervision to develop the solutions that enable Tharwah clients to solve the strategic, organizational, and operational obstacles and obstructions by diagnosing and delivering integrated solutions for its Problems and Pains.
Organizational Excellence : To provide expert-level advisory and implementation services to Tharwah clients in the areas of organizational excellence and quality management includes conducting comprehensive assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing customized solutions to enhance the client's overall operational efficiency, effectiveness, and quality standards.
Talent Management : To manage the end-to-end assessment process for talent acquisition and development, providing data-driven insights to clients. They build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve services. Additionally, they collaborate with external partners and lead assessment projects to achieve client objectives.
