The Role: We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Assistant at our Canberra Outlet Store! You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success. Benefits & Culture:

The role & responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
• Open and close stores including late night trades
• Support management in leading the team
• Process large volumes of stock
• Pick and pack click and dispatch orders
• Assist in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required
• Maintain a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week
• Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
• A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
• The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
• Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
