Job Description Due to the continuing success and growth of our Middle East team, this fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning specialist consultancy, engineering, and advisory firm. At AESG, we are looking for a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join our Fire & Life Safety team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines based in our Riyadh office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Senior Fire Protection Engineer seeking a leading role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering. Key Responsibilities:

Lead tasks on projects and shall report to managers and directors.
Lead the successful delivery of projects to a high standard.
Maintain high quality of all deliverables with efficient time delivery.
Act as main point of contact for efficient project delivery.
Fire protection systems (firefighting, fire alarm, smoke control, emergency lighting, LPG) drawings preparation and review for authority submission and approval.
Fire protection reports writing as well as QAQC other reports acting as deliverable approver.
Produce accurate and timely submittals to agreed deadlines.
Prepare and issuance of final FLS Strategy reports and studies when assigned by managers and directors.
Lead the continuous development of FP design deliverables and FP team members.
Manage project resourcing as well as FP team members with lower grades.
Act as PM and PD for FLS and multidisciplinary projects as per AESG project management standards.
Meet the timeline set for the generation of all fire and life safety designs, reports, and related submission tasks such as client meetings and workshops.
Keep traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittals.
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Actively pursue continued professional development through the completion of training modules.
Engage in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs.
Conduct all FLS activities in a quality, healthy, and safe manner and report any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel.

Must have/be:

A BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety/Protection or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years experience practicing fire protection engineering/consultancy.
IFE Member.
CFPS and PMP Certification.
Sound technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial, and Hotels sectors.
