We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager Regulation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electricity and/or water regulation with a focus on revenue caps and customer tariffs in the Middle East. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies and policies for electricity and water regulation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Manage and analyze regulatory data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with regulatory objectives.
- Represent the company in regulatory forums and discussions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on regulatory issues for senior management.
- Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, economics, or law. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in electricity and/or water regulation, particularly with revenue caps and customer tariffs.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the Middle East.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing regulatory projects and initiatives.
