Real Estate ociate

Responsibilities:

1. Review Real Property Transactions (including Transfer of interest, Buy and Sell, Off plan sales, mortgage registrations, etc.), applications, and forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all the requirements before registration.
2. Execute end-to-end Real Property Transactions, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
3. Review, certify, and submit for approvals the Real Property Transactions documents.
4. Maintain a well-organized Real Property Transactions record database containing essential real property transactions details, parties involved, and critical dates.
5. Approve transactions as per assigned DOA.
6. Review application submissions, update records, and submit for approvals to reflect any information amendments or modifications, writs, etc.
7. Collaborate with property owners to collect information and resolve queries.
8. Cultivate positive relationships to ensure a seamless real property transaction process.
9. Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, complaints, and concerns from clients regarding Real Property Transactions.
10. Exhibit professionalism and effective problem-solving in addressing issues.
11. Generate periodic reports on real property transactions status and areas for potential improvement.
12. Contribute valuable data for informed decision-making.
13. Generate regular reports on lease registration metrics, performance, and potential areas for improvement.
14. Understand, adopt, adhere to, and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
15. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the ADGM Information at all times, both within and outside ADGM.
16. Complete any other tasks and duties assigned in a timely manner.
