Roles and responsibilities
- Achieve ambitious AOP and IGM Targets for HPM, EC & AMD businesses in Gulf & Levant region through focusing on winning OIT and securing Sales.
- Develop sustainable flow business channels for HPM, EC & AMD businesses in the Gulf & Levant region through applying special focus on Private and Public sectors.
- Accelerate the growth of HPM, EC & AMD businesses in Gulf & Levant region by promoting our advanced technologies and product features and ensure successful launch of new products and solutions.
- Provide technical expertise through Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations of HPM, EC & AMD portfolios.
- Build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals in Intensive Care, Operating Rooms, Recovery, Emergency, Cardiology and Maternity Departments in Public and Private Healthcare Institutions.
- Develop and drive credibility and long-term relationships with Business Partners and Sub-distributors (if any) and provide the required support to their local sales team to achieve their set financial targets.
- Educate and train distributor sales force according to the company rules and standards. Plan frequent meetings with local partners and their market sales force.
- Support existing customers and HPM, EC & AMD installed base in Gulf & Levant markets and provide the required support to our end-customers to ensure their full satisfaction.
- Outpace competition in Gulf & Levant Markets, target their accounts heavily, monitor their activities and provide complete market intelligence (incl. customer database) to analyze market dynamics.
- Plan and organize workshops in the scope of sales and clinical marketing to promote our technologies and advanced features.
- Participate in local congresses, trade shows and exhibitions related to HPM, EC & AMD portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Medicine, Nursing, or relevant specialty.
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in Medical Device Industry with proven record of sales.
- Previous experience in Hospital Patient Monitoring & Emergency Care & Cardiology Diagnostics is preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare Solutions/Critical Care/Operating Rooms/Emergency Department.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally.
- Very good command of written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Resident in UAE with valid driving license is a strong plus.
- No restriction to travel.
- Product Knowledge :
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the products or services being sold.
- Staying updated on product features, benefits, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Conducting presentations or product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Effectively communicating how a product or service can meet the needs of the customer, emphasizing its unique selling points (USPs).
- Customer Relationship Management :
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to current clients.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting :
- Identifying and qualifying potential leads or prospects, either through research, networking, or outreach activities.
- Developing new business opportunities through cold calling, attending trade shows, or networking events.
- Sales Negotiation :
- Engaging in negotiations with customers to agree on pricing, terms, and conditions.
- Handling objections, addressing customer concerns, and finding mutually beneficial solutions to close sales.
- Sales Pipeline Management :
- Managing and updating the sales pipeline, tracking the progress of leads through various stages of the sales process.
- Ensuring that follow-up actions are timely, and ensuring that deals are progressing toward closure.
- Target Achievement :
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Continuously working to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
- Keeping track of competitors’ products, pricing, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conducting research to understand customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Sales Reporting :
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Reporting on sales performance, forecasting future sales, and sharing insights with management.
- Collaboration with Other Teams :
- Working with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with marketing strategies.
- Collaborating with customer service, product development, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any post-sale issues.
