We're looking for medical underwriters to become part of our team in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi. Job Responsibilities: - Support marketing team by contributing to achieving departmental targets. - Assist in achieving broking commission targets through marketing team support. - Respond promptly to all business queries via email. - Ensure backup arrangements for the Business Development team during shortfalls. - Monitor business flow and outcomes, tracking converted, non-converted, and pending queries. - Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports on Business Development. - Attend Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programs to enhance technical competence. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers to facilitate timely endorsement handling. - Address endorsement and business queries via email promptly. - Demonstrate technical competence in all medical endorsement products. - Arrange necessary coverage according to client requirements for endorsement handling. - Manage enquiry creation, document management system (DMS) uploads, and retrieval. - Ensure accurate and timely endorsement, invoicing, and billing processes. - Dispatch invoices to clients promptly. - Escalate and resolve issues related to pending endorsements on time. - Address and resolve customer complaints promptly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
