Job Description To deliver high quality customer service and ensure the smooth, efficient, and consistent functioning of the customer service desk. Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing attendees/operators to assist and help customers visiting, ensuring their journey is seamless.
  2. Handling general guest inquiries received during their journey.
  3. Keeping records of customer service requests and complaints, ensuring they are acknowledged and attended to.
  4. Controlling the flow of people throughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowds.
  5. Handling customer complaints in accordance with department policies and procedures.
  6. Updating management about all feedback received from customers.
Job Location: Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Position: Customer Service Attendant Duration: Long Term (12 months and then extendable) Salary: 6500 AED per month (all inclusive, plus visa and medical insurance for self) Working Hours: 9 hours shift with one-hour break for 6 days a week with one day off. Normal timing: 9 AM to 12 AM, subject to change by management. Requirements:
  1. Excellent customer service skills
  2. Excellent communication skills in English
  3. Russian language speakers can apply
  4. Presentable
