As a CDO, you'll architect and lead enterprise-wide data strategy, building a world-class Office of Data for one of our financial customers that drives innovation and competitive advantage. - Define and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with our business objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing Office of Data, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization
- Drive the modernization of data infrastructure and governance frameworks
- Partner with C-suite executives to leverage data as a strategic asset for decision-making
- Champion data innovation initiatives, including AI / ML implementation and advanced analytics
- Ensure regulatory compliance and robust data security measures
- 15+ years of progressive data leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within financial services
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise data organizations
- Strong strategic vision combined with practical implementation experience
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in financial services
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Analytics, Business Administration)
