Sales Support Intern Dubai As we continue to shape the future of cross-border payments for businesses around the world here at 3S Money, we’re now launching a 6-month internship scheme to support our Sales team in our Dubai office. You’ll be collaborating and supporting our incredible team of sales specialists by assisting the development and execution of strategies to drive continued growth.   • Assisting the sales team through providing administrative support
  • Proactive client engagement including supporting customer requests and queries professionally
  • Assist with maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensuring customer information is up to date and accurately recorded.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing client documentation, supporting internal stakeholders with requests and much more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer service quality.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher level support teams or management if required.
A little bit about you
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A positive and passionate character with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in customer service-related role would be significantly advantageous.
  • Proficient with using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fluent in an additional language would be hugely beneficial.
