Website Manager & Digital Marketing Lead A Recruiting Savvy client is actively seeking a dynamic and multi-talented Website Manager & Digital Strategy Lead . This role is perfect for a creative, technically skilled, and strategically minded professional passionate about blending modern design, programming, and strategic digital marketing for a leading SaaS software provider. Key Responsibilities: A) Website Management - Oversee the architecture, design, programming, and deployment of a prominent SaaS website.
- Develop and maintain a visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive UI/UX design aligned with SaaS industry standards.
- Write and edit code in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
- Optimize site speed, performance, and security using best practices.
- Conduct regular site audits and promptly resolve any technical issues.
- Utilize modern design components and techniques to create engaging and professional visuals for the website.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding consistency and impactful user experiences.
- Research and implement the latest UI/UX trends to stay ahead of industry standards.
B) Digital Strategy & Demand Generation - Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms.
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Work with HubSpot (or similar tools) to create and manage demand generation strategies, including lead capture and nurturing workflows.
C) AI-Driven Productivity Enhancements - Conduct ongoing research into AI models and tools to enhance productivity and improve execution efficiency.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions into digital marketing, design, and web management workflows.
Required Skills & Experience - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in web design, programming, and digital marketing.
- Strong technical programming skills in WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
- Expertise in modern UI/UX paradigms, especially for SaaS software companies.
- Proven experience in SEO strategy development and paid advertising campaign execution.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Education: - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphics Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a cross-functional team environment.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to research and adapt to new technologies independently.
