- Delivering operations and service excellence to change lives
- A key role in the Executive Leadership and Management Team
- A permanent role, flexible as either part-time (30 hours per week) or full-time
- A tertiary qualification in the AOD Sector (nursing, social work, psychology, case management). Tertiary/post graduate qualification, training and/or experience in mental health, addiction, or management.
- Professional registration with a relevant professional body – DAPAANZ.
- Excellent people and communication skills, with the abilities to build productive relationships.
- Good financial understanding and skills, with the ability to manage contracts.
- Robust clinical expertise in mental health, AOD or a related field and ability to lead and positively influence service development.
- Ability and willingness to work with diversity and from a bi-cultural perspective.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks and to work individually and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Personal resilience and be willing to ‘go the extra distance’.
- Valid driver’s license and entitlement to work in Aotearoa New Zealand.
