The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity and foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and hands-on learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement creative and engaging lessons that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's growth.
• Use play-based and hands-on learning activities to develop fine and gross motor skills.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent learning through storytelling, music, art, and movement.
• Assess and track children's progress, providing personalized support and feedback.
• Collaborate with parents to support each child's development and learning journey.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and child-centered learning experience.
• Participate in professional development programs and school activities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or a related field.
• Teaching certification (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching kindergarten or early childhood education.
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
