Job Overview Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, new customer acquisition and market penetration within a designated region (Mumbai / Bangalore). You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management:
- Generate leads through various online / offline channels.
- Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients within the Retail and Staffing scope of services.
- Conduct sales presentations, proposal preparation and demonstrations to showcase our services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
- 5-8 years of service selling / solution selling / B2B sales and minimum 2 years in Retail marketing and/or staffing industry.
- Any PG / Graduate
- Proven experience in sales management within the Retail or Staffing industries.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
