Human Resources Manager @ Tree of Prosperity | Talent Acquisition
Company Description Tree of Prosperity International LLC is a leading supplier of marine spare parts for the maritime and oil & gas industry. They provide a wide array of products including OEM, genuine, and aftermarket spare parts for seagoing vessels and offshore platforms. With a large inventory in major shipping hubs and multiple stock locations, they offer high-quality spare parts at competitive prices to reduce fleet maintenance costs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating sales leads, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. They will also develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and meet sales targets to drive business growth. Qualifications- Sales and Business Development skills
- Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
- Experience in the maritime or oil & gas industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
