Your role will focus on maintaining high service standards, optimising efficiency, and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring service and food quality excellence. Lead and support a team to provide outstanding hospitality and customer service. Control budgets, inventory, and supplier relations for cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and corporate regulations. Collaborate with the client to enhance and tailor hospitality services to their needs.
