1. Keeping Production on Track – Oversee daily operations ensuring production runs smoothly and targets are met. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and keeping everything moving.
2. Leading and Motivating the Team – Manage, train, and inspire a production team ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
3. Quality and Compliance Champion – Maintain rigorous quality control and food safety standards (HACCP, BRCGS), making sure every product meets top-tier industry standards.
4. Rolling Up Your Sleeves – Get hands-on with production processes ensuring final product quality.
5. Optimizing Efficiency – Monitor production costs, reduce waste, and find new ways to improve operations.
6. Bridging the Gap Between Teams – Act as the key link between production teams and senior management.

1. Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a food production environment.
