We are seeking a Project Manager - Low-Code Development & Integration for our client in Dubai. Your role will focus on leading the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft's low-code platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) and custom APIs. Job Ref: PMLCDID04 Contract Duration: 1 year renewable Location: Dubai, UAE Benefits: VISA sponsorship, Medical insurance, Competitive net salary commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute projects involving SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom API development.
Define project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Track project progress and report to stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the project team.
Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the design and development of solutions encompassing SharePoint sites, Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, and custom APIs.
Oversee API development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and security protocols.
Integrate solutions with other Microsoft and third-party applications.
Implement governance policies and best practices for low-code development and API development.
Lead and mentor a team of developers (Power Platform, API) and other specialists (data analysts, UI/UX designers) as needed.
Ensure team members possess the necessary skills and resources to complete assigned tasks.
Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs.
Provide ongoing support to users for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Conduct performance testing and optimization for solutions, including API performance.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in low-code development and API technologies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management methodology (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong understanding of Microsoft's low-code platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Familiarity with API development concepts and principles.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and specialists.
Experience in user training and documentation development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or relevant API development technologies are a plus.
Experience with specific integration tools or platforms may be required depending on the project needs.
