Legal Counsel | Energy Regulatory matters | Remote contract role Working as a key member in the in-house legal team of a well-known energy company, you’ll advise on an interesting and complex range of matters in connection with the company's retail energy business. Examples of the types of day-to-day work that you'll assist with will include:

• Advising on retail energy regulatory and legal compliance issues;
• Energy disputes with the Australian Energy Regulator;
• Advising on the National Electricity Rules and the National Energy Retail Rules.

You To be suitable for this opportunity, you'll be a lawyer with demonstrated knowledge and legal experience in the Australian electricity and energy space. You'll enjoy working as part of a team but will also have the requisite level of experience to enable you to work autonomously.
