New Product Development Engineer (Special Purpose Machine)

Mechanical Design, using CAD tools Autodesk INVENTOR (Must), AutoCAD & Solid edge (Optional)● Capability to generate concept design & convert to detail design after approval using CAD Software’s as mentioned above ● Monitor design documentation and record maintenance ● Should have knowledge of GD &T, ASME standards, Tolerances. Etc. ● Should know detailed calculations to develop Design & drawings for manufacturing, construction, installation standards and specifications ● Should Coordinate with production, manufacturing & Quality control ● Well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal, O-rings etc ● Responsible for design & Development ● Should have the knowledge of new product development (NPD), Bought outs, Standard parts ● Delivering project on time without reworks ● Experienced Sheetmetal design & drawings ● Innovative, Creative & Analytical
