Job Description

What you will do in the role Goals and Objectives
  • Build and implement a CRM and Partner Management System tailored to the Citrix sales business needs.
  • Work closely with the Dicker Data IT team to ensure system integration and alignment with business processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into Citrix sales performance, partner contracts, deal registrations, and leads.
  • Streamline and enhance processes for managing partner contracts, deal registrations, and lead tracking to support sales efficiency and business growth.
Additional Responsibilities: System Development and Implementation
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system functionalities for the CRM and Partner Management System.
  • Collaborate with the Dicker Data IT team to ensure successful system setup, configuration, and integration with existing platforms.
  • Conduct system testing, identify issues, and coordinate resolutions to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor Citrix sales performance and business activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making, focusing on sales growth, partner engagement, and operational efficiency.
Partner and Sales Operations
  • Set up and manage workflows for partner contracts, deal registrations, and lead tracking within the CRM and Partner Management System.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and ensure effective lead distribution and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, contracts, and opportunities to support business operations.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements and align system functionalities with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project priorities and deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of the system.

  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to addressing challenges and identifying improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
  • Proven experience in business analysis, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Expertise in CRM systems and Partner Management Systems, including implementation and optimization
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
  • Familiarity with sales processes, partner programs, and deal registration workflows
  • Experience working in IT distribution or with Citrix technologies is advantageous
