About the Role:
As a Creative Strategist , you'll be the driving force behind high-impact ad creatives across Google, Meta, and TikTok! You'll connect creativity with performance, ensuring all visual assets are designed with a data-driven approach. In this role, you’ll work closely with both the creative and media buying teams to develop ad creatives that are not only engaging but also optimised for maximum impact and conversions. - Develop and lead creative strategies that enhance audience engagement and drive results .
- Partner with designers and performance marketers to align creative direction with campaign objectives.
- Analyse creative performance and conduct competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Leverage data insights to refine creative assets through continuous testing and optimisation.
- Stay up to date with the latest creative trends, platform innovations, and performance marketing best practices.
- Present creative strategies and concepts to both internal teams and clients.
About You:
- You have 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, paid social, or a related field (preferably at another agency).
- You have a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and ad creative best practices.
- You have a deep understanding of performance marketing and how creative elements influence outcomes and drive conversions.
- You must have experience analysing data to inform the next creative move.
- You have exceptional copywriting skills, crafting direct-response copy that converts.
- You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable creative improvements.
- You have excellent collaboration skills to seamlessly work with creative, marketing, and media teams.
- You must be an expert at briefing and approving creative assets, ensuring every ad is optimised for performance.
- You have a proven success in brand growth, managing accounts with large monthly ad spend.
- You are a pro at project management, juggling multiple client accounts and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- You have excellent communication skills, presenting strategies and performance insights with confidence.
- You are innovative and constantly seeking ways to boost your campaign success and overcome any challenge.
