We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead, run, and manage their Salesforce org, and the pipeline of project work is lined up for the business. The right person will lead and run all salesforce projects in the business, design and streamline processes, and advise on best practices. The right person will have a solid technical capability for writing complex flows, integrating third-party apps, and able to work closely with the key Stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities:

• You will build customized solutions in Salesforce and associated systems that support business requirements and processes
• Drive system design and configuration with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs
• Supporting a diverse partner group in all phases of Salesforce administration: planning/grooming, delivery, support, bug investigation and resolution
• Translating business requirements into logical Salesforce technical designs

• Proven experience leading a salesforce instance as the salesforce administrator, platform manager, or a Salesforce Consultant ready to move inhouse
• Understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platform, including Salesforce user and security model and governor limits
• Experience integrating salesforce applications with external systems, especially document generation tools
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
• Result orientated
