Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that supports the company’s mission and business goals.
- Plan, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive audience engagement.
- Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content for posts, stories, and ads.
- Write captivating copy that aligns with the brand voice, fostering a strong connection with the audience.
- Oversee and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content.
- Actively monitor social media channels to respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, providing excellent customer service.
- Cultivate a thriving online community by encouraging meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers.
- Strategize and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights) to monitor social media performance and gather actionable insights.
- Provide regular performance reports with data-driven recommendations to continuously enhance strategy and impact.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
