Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy that supports the company’s mission and business goals.
  • Plan, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive audience engagement.
Content Creation & Management:
  • Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content for posts, stories, and ads.
  • Write captivating copy that aligns with the brand voice, fostering a strong connection with the audience.
  • Oversee and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content.
Community Engagement & Interaction:
  • Actively monitor social media channels to respond promptly to customer inquiries and comments, providing excellent customer service.
  • Cultivate a thriving online community by encouraging meaningful interactions and building relationships with followers.
Social Media Advertising & Campaigns:
  • Strategize and execute paid social media campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Analytics & Performance Insights:
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights) to monitor social media performance and gather actionable insights.
  • Provide regular performance reports with data-driven recommendations to continuously enhance strategy and impact.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: -Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
